1. General Refund Policy
At Awiss, we strive to provide the best service experience. However, if you're not satisfied with a service, we offer refunds under specific conditions.
2. Hotel Services Refunds
Refunds for hotel service requests are subject to the following conditions:
- If service was not provided within the promised timeframe: Full refund
- If service was partially provided: Partial refund based on completion percentage
- Cancellation within 1 hour of request: 100% refund
- Cancellation after 1 hour but before service starts: 50% refund
3. Restaurant Orders & Table Bookings
- Takeaway orders cancelled within 30 minutes: Full refund
- Table booking cancellations (2+ hours before): 100% refund
- Table booking cancellations (within 2 hours): No refund
- Wrong or missing items: Full refund for affected items
4. Salon Service Refunds
- Cancellation 4+ hours before appointment: Full refund
- Cancellation 2-4 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 2 hours before: No refund
- Unsatisfactory service: Partial or full refund after review
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a refund request through the app or website within 7 days of service
- Provide booking ID and reason for refund
- Our team will review within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Refund credited to original payment method
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after service delivery
- No-show for appointments without cancellation
- Services already fully rendered
- Third-party fees (payment gateway charges)
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you can escalate to our support team. For unresolved disputes, you may contact your payment provider or seek legal recourse as per applicable laws.
